Exchanges can be made within 5 days of the initial purchase in the following cases:

·         The customer must submit the original invoice as a proof of purchase for any exchange items. Customers must ensure that the products must be in original packing condition, unused, unopened, and intact. Any tags, instruction manuals, accessories and items included with the original purchase must be kept intact as well.

·         The preceding condition applies for any exchange items purchased during special promotions or sales.

                       ·         The condition also applies for exchange items against home delivery materials such as

televisions and household appliances but before they are being delivered to the customer’s place.

Refunds can be made within 5 days of purchase in the following cases:

                       ·         The item must be defective at the time of purchase in the sales area.

·         The item must be found defective at the time of delivery, prior to items being delivered or installed in client’s premises.

The customer is not entitled to a refund, within 5 days of purchase, in the following cases:

                       ·         The customer changes their mind on the purchase.

                       ·        The product, or products, are free of any defects.

·         Failing to inspect the product at the time of purchase will give the dealer the right to send the defective product to an authorized agent for repair, or to replace the defective unit with the same product.

·         The dealer has the right to refuse repairs if the product is found to be misused. Misuse of the product or use of the product for purposes which it was not intended, is not considered to be covered by warranty.

                       ·         Cash or credit refund for purchases made on gift vouchers are not permitted.

·         Health and beauty care products cannot be replaced or refunded (due to hygienic reasons), except in the event of violation of the law.

                       ·         Installation charges will not be refunded for the delivered and installed items.

 An AED 500 or above refund on credit card purchases will be credited to customer's credit card account within 15 working days.

These Terms & conditions shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the UAE as applied in the respective Emirate.
